Manufacturing Engineer (Chachoengsao)

Location: Chachoengsao (Wellgrow)

Working Date: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 7:40 - 16:40

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily production line operations in accordance with the production plan and targets.
• Monitor and control raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
• Manage and maintain production fixtures, tools, and equipment to support operational efficiency.
• Conduct first-piece inspections and ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Perform shop floor control activities, production audits, and operational supervision to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities and facilitate the successful transfer of products into mass production.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to operators to ensure proper process execution and adherence to work instructions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production line management, supervision, or team leadership is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with QC 7 Tools and problem-solving methodologies for production and quality improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written; Chinese language skill is a plus.
