Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing activities, process implementation, and day-to-day production engineering work.

• Assist with process optimization, production issue follow-up, and general manufacturing improvement initiatives.

• Work with quality, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to support stable production execution.

• Maintain or support manufacturing documentation, procedures, records, and related operational materials.

• Participate in new process introduction, capacity improvement, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Significant and contemporary experience in / exposure to large-scale power lithium-ion battery manufacturing enterprises.

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, materials, industrial engineering, chemistry, or another relevant discipline.

• Relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production engineering, or technical operations.

• General understanding of production processes, quality requirements, and manufacturing controls.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively across teams.
