工艺工程师 Manufacturing Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Mission & Main Responsibilities Manufacturing Engineer lead and takes ownership of the manufacturing system within allocated production cells/process, ensuring production maintenance and continuous improvement of the safe and lean processes for existing and new products. ME Team would be working together with Production other teams for operational excellence. Full charge of the accuracy and optimization of manufacturing technical data (including Routings and SOPs), creating and maintenance of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), technical specifications for manufacturing equipment, Equipment Testing Specification. Production readiness for product transfer/new project launch（PFC，PFMEA , Tooling development, Production line Layout definition, related documentation）, Implement process development in the development process of new products and projects. Control latest Layout and co-work with other department when Lay-out changes needed. Perform overall work and lead project regarding cost reduction, quality improvement, timely delivery and safety for customer satisfaction and production optimization. Take full charge of critical process and support technique for production without any delay, and design equipment, facilities, jigs and fixtures for supporting assembly cell. Measure routing time of each product/process and change BOM. Design standard Jig, Fixture, Equipment and facility and control specification, operation method, scrap. Management team resource plan and skill up knowledge for our task. Lead and organize production of internal and external meetings for process /Manufacturing technology. Other works assigned by Manager. 主要工作职责 工艺工程师全面统筹所辖生产单元 / 工序的制造体系管理工作，主导生产运维事宜，持续优化现有及新产品的安全、精益生产流程。制造工程师团队将与生产部及其他团队协同协作，实现卓越运营。 全面负责制造技术数据（含工艺路线、标准作业程序）的准确性把控与优化；编制并维护标准作业程序（SOP）、生产设备技术规格及设备测试规范。 负责产品转移 / 新项目投产的生产准备工作（含过程流程图 PFC、过程失效模式及后果分析 PFMEA、工装开发、生产线布局规划及相关文件编制），在新产品与项目研发阶段推进工艺开发落地。 管控最新生产线布局，如需调整布局，协同其他部门推进相关工作。 统筹开展降本、提质、保交付、保安全相关工作并牵头对应项目，提升客户满意度，优化生产运营。 全面负责关键工序管理，为生产提供零延迟技术支持；设计支撑装配单元的设备、设施及工装夹具。 测算各产品 / 工序的工艺工时，更新物料清单（BOM）。 负责标准工装、夹具、设备及设施的设计，管控其规格、操作方法及损耗情况。 制定团队资源规划，推进团队技能提升，保障各项工作落地。 牵头组织内外部生产工艺、制造技术相关会议。 完成上级交办的其他工作。 Skills / Knowledge / Experience Education level

• Degree in mechanical engineering, automation specialty, electric engineering, or equivalent subject; Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience) -More than 3 years team management.
• At least 5 years of experience in equipment fabrication process or lean manufacturing, has experience in vacuum, motors are preferred, knowledge of digital tools will be a plus.
• Project management experience in a multi-national environment. Ability to communicate across culture, with self-confidence and interpersonal skills. Language skills: Fluency in Chinese is required and Fluent English is preferred. Other skills and knowledge: Good at computer skills for MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP operation, Presentation skill Open flexible mindset. Able to adjust to changing task requirements 技能 / 知识 / 经验要求 教育背景--机械工程、自动化、电气工程或相关专业本科及以上学历； 相关过往经验（胜任本岗位所需最低相关工作年限，非累计总工龄） 3 年以上团队管理经验； 5 年以上设备制造工艺或精益生产相关工作经验，具备真空、电机领域相关经验者优先，掌握数字化工具者更佳； 具备跨国企业工作环境下的项目管理经验。 具备跨文化沟通能力，为人自信，拥有良好的人际交往能力。 语言能力--中文流利为必备要求，英文流利者优先。 其他技能与知识 熟练掌握办公技能，能使用微软 Office 办公软件、AutoCAD、SAP 系统，具备良好的汇报演示能力； 思维开放灵活，能够适应工作任务的动态调整需求。
