Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

🚀 What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in setting up pre-production and mass production lines, ensuring machine stability, and solving real-time manufacturing issues to keep operations efficient and on-target.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure machines for expansion product types and scale production lines as needed.

• Coordinate with Process Engineer (NPI) to understand the requirements and specifications for new image sensor products.

• Oversee and manage the transition from pilot production to mass production, ensuring smooth scaling.

• Track and evaluate the first 10-mark lot after the pre-production phase to ensure proper quality metrics, process adherence, and identification of any early production issues.

• Troubleshoot issues during mass production and implement corrective actions to maintain product quality and yield.

• Improve Yield, MTBA (Mean Time Between Adjustments), and Capacity: Analyze mass production data and implement strategies to improve yield rates, minimize downtime, and enhance production capacity.

• 4M Change Management and Evaluation: Manage and evaluate changes related to the 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) during the manufacturing process to ensure consistent quality and performance.

Requirements

🎓 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics Engineering, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in a Process Engineer or NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer role is a strong plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, SOP-driven environment.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• English communication (TOEIC score is a plus).
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with full cleanroom attire.

• Work Location: Onsite – Cleanroom
• Schedule: Fixed working hours (with some overtime when required)
• Environment: Precision-focused, task-oriented, and highly standardized
• Expect to wear full cleanroom suit during operations.
