Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Knowledgeable in chemical manufacturing processes, methods, and operations
• Open to both licensed and non-licensed professionals
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with work experience

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge and/or experience in chemical manufacturing methods, processes, and operations
• Strong leadership skills, with a high level of integrity, energy, and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in handling and working with people
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective prioritization and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to execute tasks efficiently
• Physically fit to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position and capable of working in a chemical manufacturing environment
• Demonstrates good moral character, professionalism, and integrity
