Functions: Production | Operations | Maintenance | Quality
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day production and manufacturing operations as per defined processes and targets.
Monitor machine performance, production output, and process parameters to ensure smooth operations.
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Conduct quality inspections and process checks to ensure products meet defined quality standards.
Identify process issues, troubleshoot problems, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow safety, SOP, 5S, and compliance guidelines across the manufacturing plant.
Maintain required production, quality, and maintenance records and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
