What they need
- Convert EBOM to MBOM and maintain accurate manufacturing structures in DELMIA.
- Create manufacturing process plans, assembly sequences, and operation structures.
- Perform virtual assembly builds to validate manufacturability and assembly feasibility.
- Create 3D assembly work instructions with step-by-step visuals.
- Validate BOM, CAD, and process data for manufacturing readiness.
- Define tools, fixtures, resources, and workstation requirements.
- Identify and resolve BOM discrepancies, assembly issues, and process gaps.
- Support DFMA, line balancing, and process optimization activities.
- Collaborate with Design, Quality, Production, and Manufacturing teams to implement engineering changes.
- Maintain PLM/DELMIA data accuracy and configuration throughout the product lifecycle.
