该职位来源于猎聘 The Manufacturing Engineer position can occur in Process, Production or Technology. The Manufacturing Engineer - Process is responsible for providing innovative and cost-effective processes and solutions required to manufacture products. This includes the design and development of new and improved manufacturing techniques, processes and procedures. The Manufacturing Engineer – Production is the owner of their respective manufacturing processes and standards and enforces implementation by training shop floor personnel, implementing and monitoring metrics, and oversight. The Manufacturing Engineer - Technology is responsible to find, investigate, and/or create new, next generation, innovative and cost-effective technology solutions required to manufacture existing and new products. QHSE Responsibility

• Comply with Schlumberger QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies and Standards; Comply with government laws and regulations on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment; Establish standardized processing technology requirements, guide suppliers to process and produce related parts, and improve supply capacity and quality; Commit to QHSE target year by year with his / her specific QHSE responsibility on site.
• Develop product production process control plans to ensure that products meet quality, delivery time, and cost requirements.
• Responsible for assisting in investigation, root cause analysis and corrective actions tied to manufacturing process quality. Lean Six Sigma
• Responsible for the design and continuous improvement of processes using Lean concepts, such as standardized work instructions, line balancing, layout and work sequence (routing) optimization, training development matrix, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen/5S workouts, pull processes, TPM (total preventive maintenance), cell design, and quick changeover/batch-size optimization.
• Drive process optimization using Six Sigma tools such as Design of Experiments. Processes
• Leads the production team in designing and continuously improving manufacturing process to improve yield, cycle time and productivity.
• Implement engineering specifications into processes and provides shop feedback to capture lessons learnt for existing and future designs.
• Creates, implements, and monitors key performance indicators and metrics on manufacturing process capability and product quality.
• Responsible for establishing and improving manufacturing process cost.
• Advise design engineers on product design and assist with improvements to reduce costs, improve quality and productivity. Communicate with appropriate staff and resolve technical problems in the production process in a timely manner.
• Design tooling and fixtures according to production needs Previous Experience and Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree or above in industrial, Mechanical, Metallic Material or Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of higher degree and experience.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Entry level position with a listed technical degree and strong interest in manufacturing. Or a significant background is required in a technical assignment in a manufacturing environment- including machine shop, industrial assembly plant, or other engineered products manufacturing environment.
• ＞ 3 yrs relevant experience in related industry
