Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for end-to-end execution and supervision of assigned manufacturing processes, ensuring strict adherence to process standards, achieving defined KPIs, and maintaining operational stability and safety. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, continuous process improvement, Machine improvement, audit support, Process PGM usage yield, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

About you

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing technology, or catalyst production.
• Experience with process scale-up, statistical process control, and quality systems.
• Ability to work effectively in both local and global team structures.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and other automotive quality frameworks (preferred).
• Familiarity with digital manufacturing tools, automation, and data analytics (preferred).
• Lean/Six Sigma training or continuous improvement experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across functions (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking, self-drive (preferred).
