Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER who can help improve our manufacturing processes, strengthen quality and efficiency, and support the continuous development of our operations.

As our Manufacturing Engineer, you will:

• Evaluate quality control processes and recommend improvements.
• Analyze production processes, schedules, methods, and operational data and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable government laws and regulations.
• Review and calculate labor, material, and other production costs to support production planning and management decisions.
• Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and ensure manufacturer procedures and instructions are properly followed.
• Design testing methods to assure product and process quality.
• Maintain product and process databases, including data entry and related computer programming requirements.
• Support design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
• Maintain and develop professional and technical knowledge through workshops, training, and learning and development initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering (BSMFGE), or relevant degree.

EXPERIENCE:

• Strong and progressive experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in a start-up project or in establishing new processes and systems is an advantage.

• Knowledge / Certifications in the following are an advantage.

• Lean Manufacturing

• Quality Management

• Food Safety Management System

• Root Cause Analysis
