• Responsible for creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, including manufacturing strategies, process flowcharts, PFMEAs, and other required process documents. 负责制造工艺文件的编制与维护，包括制造策略、工艺流程图、PFMEA（过程失效模式与影响分析）以及其他相关工艺文件。
• Responsible for developing initial manufacturing documents, including work instructions, traveler cards, and test instructions required for product industrialization. 负责编制产品工业化所需的首版制造文件，包括作业指导书、生产流转卡及测试指导书。
• Responsible for planning and executing EMU, PES, and PU build activities, including assembly, troubleshooting, measurement, process verification, documentation, and related engineering support during product industrialization. 负责 EMU、PES 和 PU 阶段的样机试制活动，包括组装、问题分析、测量、工艺验证、文件记录以及工业化阶段相关工程支持工作。
• Responsible for defining assembly and test tools, fixtures, and equipment, verifying their suitability for production use, and establishing calibration and preventive maintenance requirements throughout the product lifecycle. 负责定义装配和测试所需工装、夹具及设备，验证其生产适用性，并建立设备校准及预防性维护要求，确保产品全生命周期内的设备性能、可靠性及合规性。
• Responsible for supporting lean production line and manufacturing process design by applying MTM methodology and industrial engineering principles during new product industrialization projects. 负责在新产品工业化项目中应用 MTM 方法和工业工程原则，支持精益生产线及制造工艺设计工作。
• Responsible for preparing manufacturing documentation and technical inputs required to support process validation and qualification activities, including PES/PU build documentation, PFMEA, production equipment documentation, process data, measurement results, and related engineering records. 负责准备支持工艺确认和设备确认活动所需的制造文件和技术输入，包括 PES/PU 试制文件、PFMEA、生产设备文件、工艺数据、测量结果以及相关工程记录。
• Responsible for participating in initial production layout planning together with the Value Stream team, considering process flow, material movement, equipment arrangement, ergonomics, quality, and safety requirements. 负责与 Value Stream 团队共同参与初始生产布局规划，综合考虑工艺流程、物流、人机工程、质量及安全要求。
• Support process issue investigation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities before handover to VSM and PC. 在移交给 VSM 和 PC 之前，支持工艺问题调查、根因分析及持续改进活动。
• Responsible for identifying environmental, health and safety (EHS), and energy-related aspects during process development and supporting the implementation of appropriate control and improvement actions in collaboration with the EHS department. 负责在工艺开发过程中识别环境、职业健康安全（EHS）及能源管理相关因素，并与 EHS 部门合作落实相应的控制和改进措施，确保符合相关法规及公司要求。
• Participate in cross-functional project activities and collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, Validation, and Value Stream teams to ensure successful industrialization and product launch. 参与跨职能项目活动，与研发、质量、供应链、生产、确认及 Value Stream 团队保持密切合作，确保产品顺利实现工业化导入和上市。
• Perform other duties and assignments as required by the line manager. 完成直属经理安排的其他工作任务。 Education / 教育背景 Bachelor’s degree or above in optical engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or related discipline. 本科及以上学历，光学工程、机械工程、制造工程、工业工程或相关专业。 Experience / 工作经验 Minimum six years of relevant experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment; experience in an international company is preferred. 至少六年制造环境中工艺工程师相关工作经验；具有国际化公司工作经验者优先。 Experience in designing assembly or adjustment fixtures using 2D or 3D design software. 具备使用2D或3D设计软件进行装配或调整治具设计的经验。 Experience in assembly process development for precision mechanical components, optical components, or optical equipment. 具备精密机械部件、光学部件或光学设备装配工艺开发经验。 Skills / 技能要求 Project management knowledge or experience is preferred. 具备项目管理知识或经验者优先。 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 具备较强的分析能力和问题解决能力。 Knowledge of new product introduction methodologies and documentation, including P-FMEA, process flowcharts, MTM and work instructions. 熟悉新产品导入方法及相关文件，包括 P-FMEA、工艺流程图、MTM 和作业指导书。 Familiarity with AutoCAD or Pro/E and practical experience with SAP. 熟悉 AutoCAD 或 Pro/E，并具备 SAP 实际使用经验。 Strong quality awareness and knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles. 具备较强的质量意识，并了解精益生产原则。 Good English communication skills; German language skills are an advantage. 具备良好的英语沟通能力；具备德语能力者优先。 Willingness to travel and work overtime when required. 能够根据工作需要出差并加班。
