Company Description Flexrotor, Airbus’ newest addition to its uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) portfolio, delivers long-endurance, autonomous VTOL capability and proven performance in defense and commercial missions worldwide. Originally developed by Aerovel, the platform is trusted by U.S. and allied forces for its ISTAR capabilities, which enhance mission effectiveness and protect personnel. Designed to meet rigorous U.S. Department of Defense standards, Flexrotor combines expeditionary reliability with operational flexibility. In addition to defense applications, it supports cost-effective monitoring of critical infrastructure, environmental assessment, and other commercial uses.
