About the Role

Support and improve assembly/manufacturing operations while working closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Local candidates strongly preferred; no relocation or sponsorship available.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day manufacturing and assembly operations
• Improve processes, reduce waste, increase throughput, and enhance quality/safety
• Troubleshoot production issues and assist with root cause/corrective actions
• Create and update work instructions and process documentation
• Partner cross-functionally on continuous improvement and process changes

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Comfortable in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to learn; 5-Why/Fishbone experience is a plus

Preferred

• Manufacturing/process improvement/operations internship or co-op
• Familiarity with Lean/continuous improvement, 5S, standard work, or data analysis
• Exposure to PLCs, robotics, or vision systems through coursework/projects
