Drive Manufacturing Excellence in a Growing Medical Device Business

We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our medical device manufacturing operations in Berlin. Working closely with suppliers, quality, R&D and operations teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining product quality, driving process improvements and ensuring manufacturing excellence across our breast health product portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys problem-solving, supplier collaboration and delivering improvements in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with contract manufacturers to support production and product quality.
• Leading investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA activities.
• Supporting process validations, product transfers and manufacturing changes.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency and cost.
• Collaborating with Quality, R&D, Procurement and Operations teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Managing technical projects and delivering improvements across the product lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Manufacturing, Process or Production Engineering.
• Background in a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of process validation, root cause analysis and quality systems.
• Experience working with suppliers or contract manufacturers.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
• Fluent German and professional English.

Preferred

• Medical device industry experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.

Salary: Euro 67,000 – 78,000 gross per year

The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances
