Manufacturing Engineer

JOB DESCRPTION:

• Design and draft production tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment.
• Validate design specifications and shopfloor applications of new products, tools, or equipment.
• Specify and procure new equipment and tooling needed to meet production, quality, and growth requirements.
• Evaluate microplanning and production capacity.
• Support relevant functions in following up on production disturbances.
• Prepare, execute, and monitor CAPEX.

KEY SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum of 10 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (preferably in tooling, fixture and equipment design).

• Experience with production line layout, process flows & design improvement.

• Experience in project management, planning, activity follow-up.

• Experience in AutoCad & MS Office software including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management are critical for managing teams and reporting to senior management.

• Proficient in English both verbal and written.

• Non-smoking candidates are preferred.
