Manufacturing Engineer

Join a leading manufacturing industry as a Manufacturing Engineer, where you’ll drive process improvements, troubleshoot production challenges and improve quality and efficiency. 

Salary: up to $6000
Location: North East (Company pick up provided)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, cost and productivity.
• Troubleshoot production/process issues and implement corrective improvements.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and new technologies.
• Analyse manufacturing data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure processes comply with HSE, quality and engineering standards.
• Support implementation and validation of new processes, equipment and systems.
• Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams on manufacturing improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, automation or digital manufacturing is an advantage.
