What we're looking for
5+ years taking complex assemblies from prototype into volume production
DFM and DFA input on new designs
Tooling, fixtures, and work instructions
Must be a U.S. Person
The work
Own the path from prototype build to repeatable production
Build the processes the floor runs on
Work alongside design engineering, on the floor
Chase down yield, quality, and throughput problems

In person M-F. No remote or hybrid.
