Manufacturing Engineer

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Own assembly processes for DPU modules: line design, fixtures, work instructions, and yield.

What you'll do:

• Design assembly processes and stations
• Create work instructions and train the floor
• Drive yield and cycle-time improvements
• Own fixture and tooling development
• Run DFM feedback into design

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years manufacturing engineering in electronics
• IPC standards and process control fluency
• Lean/Six Sigma valued
• BS in engineering

Pay range: $95,000 – $125,000 per year
