Job Role and Duties :
- Prepare manufacturing specifications in ERP for all jobs
- Coordinate efficiently with customers thereby providing status of their orders
- Gathering of customers requirements and preparing cross-functional teams for a new product
- Responsible for leading technical communication with cross functional teams (Production, Quality Tool Room)
- Manage design, manufacturing data for all projects
- Drive cross functional teams to achieve customers quality and delivery expectations
