What they need
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering or automation.
- At least 5 years of manufacturing engineering (ME) experience in e-cigarettes / consumer electronics.
- Familiar with injection molding, assembly fixture design, and automated equipment introduction and commissioning.
- Fluent Mandarin, with the ability and willingness to mentor Indonesian engineers.
- Willing to make periodic business trips to Shenzhen / Dongguan for equipment coordination.
