Manufacturing Engineer

🕒 1st Shift | Full-Time

We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support process development, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Work Instructions
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, tooling, and production launches
• Familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949 standards

What You'll Do:

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment
• Support prototype builds and production launches
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Implement poka-yoke and process controls
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Safety teams to improve efficiency and quality
