Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Practical experience with Six Sigma tools and structured problem-solving techniques.

Demonstrable experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Familiarity with the 8D problem-solving methodology.

Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), including the transition from prototype to production.

Proficiency with CAD software and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Experience improving manufacturing processes, reducing waste and improving product quality.

Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

The ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production and quality teams.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be a proactive, detail-oriented engineer who enjoys solving complex manufacturing problems and turning improvements into measurable results.
