#HIRING 03 MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and electrical installation of semiconductor metrology/inspection systems at CM site.
• Perform system setup, alignment, calibration, and configuration according to engineering specifications.
• Execute system integration of subsystems including optics, motion stages, sensors, controllers, and software interfaces.
• Conduct system qualification activities including IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification).
• Perform full functional testing, verification, and validation of metrology/inspection systems prior to shipment or handover.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and integration issues during build and qualification phases.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Process Engineering, Software, Quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain build procedures, test protocols, checklists, and qualification documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SEMI standards, ESD control, cleanroom protocols, and safety regulations.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Provide training and technical guidance to technicians and operators.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment assembly, integration, or system qualification.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment.
• Strong understanding of: Precision mechanical assembly and alignment, Motion control systems and servo systems, Optical systems and calibration, Electrical wiring and control systems, and CDA/Vacuum systems (preferred).
• Experience performing IQ/OQ/PQ and system validation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and ESD control standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, 8D, FMEA, SPC) is an advantage.
• Good project coordination and cross-functional communication skills.
• English proficiency: Intermediate or above.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with system integration in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SEMI standards and FAB acceptance procedures.
