Manufacturing Engineer

Position Summary JOB DESCRIPTION

• To solve technical problems during manufacturing and sustain high performance production ；
• Continuously improve productivity from technical perspective, like process capability, cycle time, PKYK, layout/flow, change over, downtime, quality etc.

responsibilities ：

• To analyze manufacturing problems during production from technology perspective and provide solutions to restore quickly ；
• Lead root cause analysis and develop long-term solution for repeated and major problems;
• Follow up and maintain process stability, such as safety, cycle time, PKYK, process capability, RTY, Changeover, Ergonomics, etc.;
• Continuous technical improvement to obtain better CPU/OEE/OPE/UPH/scrap/ppm/MTBF ；
• Transfer mass production LL to NPI team and support continuous improvement of NPI and new line.

Qualifications ：

• Be skillful in assembly technology such as tightening, press fitting, leak test, camera, automation, balancing, test, etc.;
• Strong debugging and problem-solving ability, such as mechanical position calibration, process parameter setting, etc. ；
• Familiar with advanced manufacturing techniques such as traceability, PKYK, digitization, etc.;
• Familiar with quality management system and related standards such as APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA/CP ；
• Familiar with production management system, such as OEE, RPS, etc.
