Manufacturing Engineer - Harness

Pilatus Ibérica has recently landed in Seville to manufacture private jets, and we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in wiring and aerostructures to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

• Establish work instructions and production planning documentation in collaboration with the headquarters team.
• Determine production times and calculate manufacturing costs.
• Plan and control production activities, including coordination of material shortages, order release, and technical completion.
• Provide technical supervision, support, and continuous improvement of structural assembly operations and wiring production.
• Initiate and implement design and process changes.
• Facilitate problem-solving activities between Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
• Support the Engineering Department regarding the manufacturability of aerostructures and related optimization initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience; a Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering related to wiring and aerostructures.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, PLM software such as Siemens Teamcenter, CAD tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and a continuous improvement mindset.
• C1 level of both Spanish and English is required; German is considered an asset.
• Willingness to support the ramp-up phase of our new manufacturing facility, combined with the ability to work and communicate in a structured manner within a dynamic environment.
