Manufacturing Engineer I

Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and processes.
• Conduct experiments and tests to validate product designs and prototypes.
• Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement and optimize production processes.
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during production.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8-11 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Skills: CAD software, project management, and supply chain management.
