Manufacturing Engineer Internship

We are adding an Engineering Intern to our Brookings Facility Engineering team!

In this role, you will provide support to the Engineering Manager and Engineering department executing tasks that support on time delivery of products and designs to our customers. This position will be introduced to a wide variety of processes, projects and experiences crossing between both our Tooling and Engineering departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Assist Engineering with designs, documentation, quality and/or improvement projects for the production floor.
• Assist with the day to day administration and operations of the engineering department.
• Assist engineering with projects to meet customer expected completion dates.
• Assist with data entry and analysis.
• Designs fixtures and tooling using CAD software.
• Gather information conduct studies, write justifications, and prepare ROI’s for production projects.

Hours: 12 - 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours during the summer break.
