• Basic Salary: $4500 - $6500
• 5 Working day: Mon - Fri
• Office Hour: 8.30am - 6pm
• Location: Pasir Ris

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to achieve daily and monthly production targets through effective utilisation of manpower, materials, and machines, while maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
• Plan, strategise, and monitor WIP movement to maximise throughput, minimise idle time, and maintain production line linearity.
• Monitor production performance and engage Engineering support to address critical areas, variances, and issues requiring immediate attention.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues and preventive maintenance matters, with a thorough understanding of equipment capacities and limitations to identify and manage potential bottlenecks.
• Mentor and train Manufacturing Leaders and Assistants to develop the necessary skills for efficient manufacturing operations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and programmes within the assigned manufacturing section.
• Drive and participate in quality, productivity, and cost-reduction improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all personnel comply with safety, discipline, and housekeeping requirements, and take appropriate action where necessary.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data integrity across manufacturing operations.
• Perform shift duties and provide production support as required by the Section Manager.
