What they need
4 years of experience Industrial engineering with Paint hang and masking tool related process planning
Paint Engineer with chemical background paint shop process & Lab testing they should have 1-2 years experience.
Experience in Resource calculation, OMS (operator method sheet)Creation,
Experience in paint Hang tool Method creation, Masking Creation etc
Good inexperience on Creo Modeling – Part, Assembly and drawing creations,3D animation.
Paint Process (Dip and Spray)
Experience in Hang tool, rack, cart, masking design,
Human Ergonomics factor study, Labor standards calculations,
CFD for carryover, Animation or MBD for Interference study, PFMEA, E-Build Support.
Manufacturing process planning software such as MP Planner, W Planner, IE, T1XML and Team Center Vis mockup.
Good communication and ability to handle project independently.
