Job Overview:
Currently looking for an experienced manufacturing engineer/process engineer with expertise in cable assembly/wire harness manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain PFMEA, process flow charts, and work instructions.
* Improve manufacturing processes for quality, productivity, and cost.
* Design and develop tools and fixtures for production.
* Support new product introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities.
