Job Description

• Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure efficient operations, high-quality output, and on-time project delivery.
• Develop, program, and optimize CNC machining processes using Mastercam.
• Utilize SolidWorks to review, develop, and modify engineering designs, 3D models, and technical drawings.
• Oversee CNC machining operations, troubleshooting, and process improvements to maximize productivity and precision.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, CNC programmers, and machinists.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and other departments to resolve technical issues and meet manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure engineering processes comply with quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall manufacturing performance.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Mastercam for CNC programming, toolpath development, and machining optimization.
• Strong background in CNC machining processes, equipment, and manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling, engineering design, and technical drawings.
• Proven experience leading, managing, and developing engineering or manufacturing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machining issues and implement effective solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of precision, safety, and quality in a manufacturing environment.
