What You’ll Do Responsible for overseeing manufacturing engineering and process operations to ensure stable production, required quality levels, and optimal efficiency.

This role leads process improvement, supports pilot and mass production, and coordinates across cross‑functional team"

"1. Manage daily manufacturing operations and manufacturing engineering activities.

• Ensure stability of MFG ENG manpower, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and analyze production performance indicators (efficiency, yield, downtime, defects).
• Identify issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote safety awareness and enforce safe operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Above 4 years production line management on final assembly and testing
• Working experience in production line management
• Good communcation skills
• Familier with produciton layout design and Industrial engineering
• Process automation development
• MS Office skill
• Poactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
• Builds effective collaboration across teams to achieve common goals.
• Able to work under pressure and eager to learn
• Maintains high performance in challenging environments while continuously improving skills.
• Highly initiative-driven with flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization
• Works effectively with cross-functional teams to meet targets within tight timelines.
• Familiar with I4.0 knowledge and have experiense on conduct I4.0
• Familiar with Process Automation have experiense on conduct Automation
