Manufacturing Equipment Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated engineering professional to lead innovative technical activities in mass production, business planning, and new model development, ensuring targets for safety, environment, quality, delivery, cost, and morale are met or exceeded.

Key responsibilities include:

• Effective communication across all organizational levels to ensure alignment.
• Analyzing daily reports to identify gaps and develop continuous improvement strategies.
• Applying data analysis and PDCA cycles to support problem-solving and solution development.
• Monitoring equipment and processes to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Training and mentoring team members to enhance technical capabilities.
• Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources for successful implementation.
• Testing and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Developing and managing budgets to meet cost targets.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field.
• 0-6 years of experience, with preferred manufacturing co-op exposure.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and strong technical troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication, self-motivation, leadership, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and manage multiple projects.
