Manufacturing Facility Construction

Job Overview:

As a Facilities Construction Worker at iSpice, you will play a key role in constructing and renovating our facilities. Your responsibilities will include construction tasks such as carpentry, masonry, and general labor, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform a wide range of construction-related tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general labor, following safety protocols.

· Assist in the construction and renovation of buildings, ensuring that work meets industry standards and project specifications.

· Work collaboratively with a team of construction professionals, including contractors, supervisors, and fellow workers.

· Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools as needed.

· Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.

· Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites.

· Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and construction plans.

· Perform regular maintenance and repairs to facilities as required.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Proven experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or related fields.

· Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

· Ability to operate construction machinery and tools safely.

· Basic understanding of construction drawings and blueprints.

· Physical strength and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

· Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.

Additional Information:

This position may require working in various weather conditions and irregular hours as needed.
