Manufacturing Finance Supervisor

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Work Location: Polomolok, South Cotobato - Soccsksargen

We are seeking a highly analytical Manufacturing Financial Analyst to partner with plant operations and deliver actionable financial insights. This role plays a critical part in driving cost efficiency, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring financial integrity within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate financial reporting, timely month-end close, and compliance with audit requirements
• Monitor, analyze, and report on manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead)
• Perform variance analysis and identify key cost drivers and efficiency gaps
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory valuation processes
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and procurement to align financial and production goals
• Provide financial analysis for capital expenditures and process improvements
• Prepare journal entries, cost center reviews, and intercompany reports
• Support inventory reconciliation and cost planning activities
• Drive continuous improvement and support lean manufacturing initiatives
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and governance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CMA is an advantage
• At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis
• Strong background in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
