Hailiang Copper Texas is looking for early-career professionals and recent graduates to join our Manufacturing Graduate Program in Sealy, Texas.

The program is designed to develop future engineering, operations, and supply-chain professionals through structured on-the-job training, mentorship, hands-on manufacturing exposure, and cross-functional projects.

Candidates will be considered for one or more career tracks based on their academic background, previous experience, career interests, and business needs.

Available Career Tracks

1. Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Support manufacturing process development, process-parameter optimization, SOP and work-instruction development, troubleshooting, process validation, and continuous improvement.

2. Quality Engineering

Support production quality control, product and process inspection, quality-data analysis, root-cause investigation, corrective actions, quality documentation, and continuous improvement.

3. Equipment & Maintenance Engineering

Support manufacturing equipment operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and commissioning, automation, electrical/mechanical systems, and equipment improvement projects.

4. Production & Operations Management

Support daily production planning, shop-floor coordination, workforce organization, KPI tracking, SOP execution, employee training, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

5. Supply Chain & Procurement

Support sourcing, supplier coordination, procurement analysis, inventory planning, logistics, supplier-performance monitoring, market research, and supply-chain improvement.

6. Tooling & Technical Operations

Support tooling maintenance, tooling inventory and lifecycle management, manufacturing support, technical documentation, and shop-floor improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

• Recent graduates and early-career professionals, typically with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or other relevant post-secondary education in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain, Operations, Data/Business Analytics, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Candidates from other academic backgrounds with relevant manufacturing, quality, operations, supply-chain, technical, analytical, or project experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working with data, KPIs, documentation, and standardized processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and gain hands-on exposure to a manufacturing environment.
• Mandarin and English communication skills are preferred for roles involving cross-border collaboration.
• Ability and willingness to relocate to or work on-site in Sealy, Texas.
