Manufacturing Head

• Manufacturing Operations: Oversee the overall manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective production.
• Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans based on business requirements, sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with company standards, ISO requirements, safety regulations, and applicable industry standards.
• Resource Management: Oversee manpower, raw materials, equipment, facilities, and production capacity to maximize operational efficiency.
• Cost & Budget Management: Manage manufacturing budgets, monitor operational costs, control production expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop production and manufacturing teams while establishing performance standards and accountability.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate manufacturing processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
• Performance Management: Monitor key manufacturing performance indicators and prepare operational reports for management review and decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, Engineering, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that support the company’s operational goals, growth plans, and long-term business objectives.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Experience: At least 5–8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or production, with 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning, process improvement, and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead large teams, manage multiple functions, and drive performance toward organizational targets.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, particularly in handling production and operational issues.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, Quality Management Systems, GMP, and workplace safety protocols.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, analyze production costs, and implement effective cost-control measures.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management, employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
