Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Experience in the design or implementation of structured, repeatable procedures, methodologies, or frameworks applicable across multiple stakeholders, organisations, or operational environments;
• Experience working in at least one (1) complex multi-stakeholder environment, such as NATO, Allied defence organisations, international organisations, government entities, or comparable environments;
• At least one (1) lead resource with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in manufacturing innovation activities.

Duties/role:

• Providing an overview of manufacturers/factories and scale-ups/SMEs engaged, including through curated introductions and workshops based on engagement plan from WP1;
• Providing a summary of manufacturing readiness assessments completed, with defined and documented OKRs as per scope of work;
• Updating on engagements with D2IA/Innovation and companies in the network, including through hosted workshops/sprints.
