  • Ensure operational delivery aligns with customer expectations, quality standards, and broader business goals.
  • Reporting, Governance & Visibility
  • Maintain a standardized reporting structure, including dashboards covering priorities, timelines, status, and updates.
  • Ensure consistent tracking and communication of projects, operational priorities, and improvements in governance forums.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and well‑structured updates to support decision‑making and alignment.
  • Project & Portfolio Delivery
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects, ensuring progress is monitored, risks are mitigated, and outcomes are achieved.
  • Coordinate inputs across requirements, testing, stakeholder management, and dependencies.
  • Address external constraints by ensuring clear follow‑up, escalation, and readiness for implementation with documented plans.

What You Will Bring

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows platforms, products, and relevant enterprise tools (e.g., JIRA for workflows and project tracking).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams with clarity, structure, and a focus on collaboration, accountability, and performance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, structured updates and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Hands‑on technical experience supporting stable, secure, and scalable IT environments, including monitoring, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate issues into actionable plans and deliver results.
  • Preferred but not required: Knowledge of infrastructure/datacenter operations (e.g., virtualization, storage, networking, high availability) and/or enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure/Office365, DNS/DHCP, certificates, and backup solutions.
