Description Position: Manufacturing Machine Operator

Location: Florence, KY

The shift is 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM on a 2/2/3 rotation. Get a 3-day weekend every other week!

• Week 1: off Sunday, work Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday and Saturday.
• Week 2: work Sunday, off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday, off Friday and Saturday.

This is an entry-level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing.

The starting pay for this position is $21/hour plus $1/hour shift differential. Employees are eligible for two, 50-cent increases over the first year if they pass the competency assessments. Working in our climate-controlled environment, you will have the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of our unique manufacturing process. Experience

• No manufacturing experience required
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently

• Able to work a 2/2/3 12-hour shift.

• Able to meet physical requirements of the job

• Lifting up to 30 lbs.

• Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts

• Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes

• Standing/Walking up to 8 hours

• Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $21 - $22 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
