Job Description

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines according to production requirements.
• Set up machines and adjust settings as needed.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, inspection, and basic preventive maintenance.
• Monitor product quality and report defects or machine malfunctions.
• Follow company safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain production records and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet daily production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.

• Open for Fresh Graduate with Technical Course and can do troubleshooting

• Graduate of a vocational or technical course related to machine operation or manufacturing.

• Preferably with experience in the food manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling production materials.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts and overtime.

• Familiarity with GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
