About the Role

As a Manufacturing Machine Technician, you will play a vital role in driving production excellence by managing high-speed equipment and ensuring consistent output quality. You will utilize your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot systems, optimize run rates, and maintain a seamless workflow in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the continuous operation of production machinery and bagging equipment to meet established efficiency targets.
• Execute proactive maintenance tasks, including the replacement of molds, valves, hoses, and other critical machine components.
• Perform real-time diagnostics and mechanical adjustments to resolve operational bottlenecks and maintain high-quality production standards.
• Conduct systematic quality inspections at designated intervals to ensure all output meets rigorous product specifications.
• Coordinate with the production team to manage material flow and support automation processes effectively.
• Maintain accurate production logs, quality reports, and operational documentation to ensure data integrity.
• Uphold a safe and organized workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
• Communicate operational status and safety concerns clearly to supervisors to facilitate continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a mechanical maintenance role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use various hand tools for machine adjustments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic math and analytical troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with plastic extrusion, injection molding, or thermoforming processes.
• Familiarity with blow molding equipment and automated bagging systems.
• Experience working with precision measurement tools and quality control standards.
