About the Role

As a Manufacturing Machine Technician, you will play a vital role in driving production efficiency by operating advanced thermoforming and packaging systems. You will ensure high-quality output while maintaining seamless workflow through proactive equipment management and precise process monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Maximize production throughput by operating thermoforming and packaging machinery to meet rigorous quality benchmarks.
• Minimize downtime by troubleshooting mechanical process issues and executing efficient tooling and product changeovers.
• Ensure continuous line operation by proactively managing material supplies and equipment resources.
• Guarantee product excellence by performing detailed quality inspections and maintaining accurate production documentation.
• Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to all standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Support overall team success by providing operational relief and assisting with packaging functions as needed.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a machine operation role, ideally within plastics or high-speed manufacturing.
• Proven ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and interpret technical instructions in English.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and operational excellence.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with thermoforming equipment or similar automated packaging systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a collaborative team setting to achieve collective production goals.
