Manufacturing Manager

This role is actually considered Cycle Attainment Manager where one is responsible for overseeing production flow and ensuring jobs progress efficiently through all departments from release to shipment. This role works closely with Production, Engineering, Sales, Project Management, QC, and Shipping to maintain operational alignment and drive on-time completion.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, communicates effectively, and has a strong understanding of production scheduling, workflow management, and operational accountability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily production cycles and workflow.
• Coordinate priorities across multiple departments to maintain schedule adherence.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions quickly.
• Work closely with department leaders to improve throughput and efficiency.
• Track and communicate production status updates, risks, and delays.
• Help maintain and reduce late jobs.
• Ensure jobs are production-ready based on material availability and operational capacity.
• Assist with production scheduling and capacity planning.
• Lead operational follow-up and accountability conversations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and SOP development.
• Analyze production data and KPI trends to improve operational performance.
• Maintain strong communication between office and production teams.
