Manufacturing Manager

The Judge Group is in search of an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee daily production operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, efficiency, staffing, and on-time production while leading cross-functional teams across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production operations across all shifts
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and safety standards
• Drive productivity, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Partner with maintenance, quality, planning, and warehouse teams
• Develop, train, and mentor production personnel
• Monitor production performance, inventory accuracy, and operational results

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in food production
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Work Environment

• Refrigerated food manufacturing facility
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
