Roles and Responsibility

• Manage the assembly line to ensure efficient production and meet quality standards.
• Implement Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke, QC Tools, and other continuous process improvement techniques.
• Handle manpower effectively to achieve production targets.
• Ensure safety management on the shop floor and implement TPM principles.
• Utilize IoT technology to optimize production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continual improvement.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of assembly line balancing, manpower handling, and safety management.
• Experience with TPM, IoT, and continuous process improvement techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results-oriented solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
