What they need
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering (Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering).
Solid and extensive work experience in Semicon/Manufacturing industry.
Minimum 10 years manufacturing experience in a Senior Production/Engineering/Managerial role.
Computer literate, understanding of Lean Manufacturing, JIT (Just-in-Time) and Six Sigma Methodology.
Knowledgeable in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and TOC (Theory of Constraint).
