About the Role

As a Manufacturing Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in our high-volume production facility by operating heavy machinery and handling raw materials to ensure the seamless creation of high-performance automotive components. Your dedication to operational excellence and consistent attendance will directly impact our ability to meet rigorous production targets while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal line performance and product flow.
• Execute manual labor tasks, including the repetitive lifting and positioning of materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Perform routine quality inspections to ensure all finished components meet strict manufacturing specifications.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and expedite equipment repairs, minimizing operational downtime.
• Maintain comprehensive logs of machine performance, cycle times, and production output.
• Uphold a clean and organized workspace by performing sanitation duties throughout the shift.
• Navigate complex production areas, including stooping, crouching, and working around conveyors to facilitate material movement.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including the consistent use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting, standing, and repetitive motion tasks for the duration of a shift.
• Proven track record of reliability and consistent attendance in a professional setting.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
