Manufacturing Operations Associate

Leadership Development Program – Manufacturing Rotational Role Rotational full-time development program across casting, machining, quality, and supply chain within manufacturing operations. Participants support shop-floor projects and data-driven process improvements while collaborating with operations leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with implementation of Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to support safety and quality goals.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and process enhancements across multiple areas of production.
