Full-Time On-Site $85,000–$95,000 per year plus Performance bonus

The Role

Pacific Pattern Technologies (PPT) is a family-owned precision manufacturing company specializing in tooling for gas turbine engine components. We are looking for a hands-on operations leader to manage daily shop activities, keep production on schedule, and lead and develop our team as the business grows. This person will also manage and grow our Rapid Wax Pattern Technology department.

What You’ll Do

· Manage production schedules, daily priorities, work assignments, and capacity to meet delivery commitments.

· Lead, coach, and train shop employees; clarify expectations, support skill development, and identify staffing needs.

· Coordinate with Engineering on released manufacturing plans, drawings, materials, equipment availability, and production issues.

· Identify bottlenecks and resolve day-to-day problems before they affect quality or delivery.

· Help maintain a safe, organized shop and ensure employees follow applicable safety practices and PPT’s AS9100 quality procedures.

· Coordinate equipment readiness, preventive maintenance, materials, supplies, and other resources needed to keep production moving.

What We’re Looking For

· Practical CNC machining or precision manufacturing experience, including knowledge of setups and shop workflow.

· Previous experience supervising, leading, coaching, or training manufacturing employees.

· Strong scheduling, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic machining and setup requirements.

· Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and computer-based production tracking.

Preferred, but not required: experience with investment casting or AS9100 quality systems. A mechanical engineering degree, advanced CAD modeling, and CNC programming are not required.

Compensation & Benefits

· $85,000–$95,000 annual base salary, depending on experience.

· Annual performance bonus, subject to established criteria.
